Free Weights in the form of dumb bells, curl bars, and straight bars offer many types of resistance training. Free weight training is preferred over machines because of the range of motion that can be achieved. Multiple muscle groups all being incorporated is also very important.

Trampoline jumping really gets the heart pumping. A vertical safety bar is always used. A heart monitor is worn at all times by all clients to maximize the effectiveness of each workout, and to increase safety.
